Digital products (e-books and downloads)

All our e-books are digital products delivered instantly by email as a download link right after purchase. Because the file can be accessed immediately, all sales of digital products are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

If something goes wrong

If your download link does not arrive, the file does not open, or you were charged twice by mistake, please contact us within 10 days of purchase and we will resend the file, fix the issue, or issue a refund where appropriate.
