- Free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more (before taxes).
- Orders under $50: a flat standard shipping rate is shown at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PT or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
- Standard shipping: typically 5–10 business days after processing.
- Expedited shipping: typically 2–5 business days after processing.
Some items may ship separately from different warehouses, so you may receive more than one package. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.

Wrong address or undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before it ships. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@search4shop.com with your order number (and photos for damaged items). We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we offer 30-day easy returns.
Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging with all accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Items that can't be returned
- Opened skincare, cosmetics and personal-care items (for hygiene reasons), unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Used pet food, treats or chewed pet toys.
- Gift cards and final-sale items.
How to start a return
- Email support@search4shop.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
- Ship the item back with a trackable method.
Return shipping
If the item is damaged, defective or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping. For other returns (e.g., changed your mind), the customer pays return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Order cancellations
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
